"Central Ohio is a dynamic, thriving community. The revitalization of the city's core area with the development of the Brewery District, Arena District, Miranova, OSU stadium and the perimeter developments of Easton, Polaris and Tuttle Mall, all ensure continued growth of the area. All of these assets are a result of a strong, vigorous construction industry. An industry that encompasses many different disciplines — developers, architects, engineers, contractors, material suppliers, bankers and government to name a few. The Builders Exchange of Central Ohio provides the forum for communication between these different entities — thus, ensuring the continued strength of the industry. The BX, throughout its long history, has provided many benefits and programs for its members, and the Foundation is another example.
